Eric dedicated over 100 hours to tutoring the individual pictured, demonstrating exceptional commitment to his academic and life success. Recognizing the need for additional support, Eric took the initiative to secure approval from the educational major to extend tutoring sessions beyond the traditional classroom setting. Eric provided personalized tutoring at the individual's living unit, ensuring they received the extra help needed in a comfortable and supportive environment. Release & Reentry
As a para-pro in the Colorado Restore program, he assists individuals with planning there reentry process and transition. This includes living situation, financial management, treatment programs, vocational training, job searches, and other resources. Additionally, he acts as a liaison between students and staff, ensuring smooth communication and timely access to essential resources and services. His role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to provide compassionate, consistent support to individuals as they work toward successful reintegration into society.
